The ESA mission is to prepare students for an international business career to meet the needs of the 21st century.
Our aims are to:
- promote and support transnational study programmes and projects
- prepare students to meet the needs of the European labour market for competent administrative staff
- support the co-operation between institutions involved in higher business education

Quality Standards
The standard of all ESA courses is guaranteed and monitored by the ESA organisation.
Its international curriculum committee assures the quality and updating as well as the coordination of curriculum development at an international level. It also supervises the adherence to the examination regulations by all member schools.
An ESA curriculum is always taken as a basic framework. Within this given framework of aims and objectives, the course is guided by the regulations of the country that the course is being held in.
Members of ESA seek to ensure that quality is sustained and that education and training is offered to a comparably high standard in all its member schools in Europe.
